THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Analyst, Communications, you will drive brand visibility, increase cultural relevance, and build brand love internally and externally by supporting our enterprise internal and external communications efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft clear, impactful messaging that resonates across various channels to include restaurant openings (NRO), campaigns, internal announcements, and corporate events.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Partner with the Senior Analyst in managing the NRO media list development and performance reporting, ensuring timely execution and successful local media engagement for new restaurant openings.
Assist in developing proactive communications that highlight Chipotle’s community and business contributions, including Daily Bites and other core messaging.
Prepare clear and engaging briefing materials, messaging, and written content tailored to support executives during interviews and mediate engagements.
Provide support to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), helping to craft communications that align with key initiatives and organizational goals.
Draft compelling content for internal communications, corporate events, and both RSC and Restaurant employee-focused messaging to enhance clarity and engagement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of external communication efforts that align with brand priorities and initiatives.
Assist in monitoring and managing crisis communications on a rotational basis, ensuring timely and effective responses in coordination with leadership.
Monitor and respond to incoming media relations requests with timeliness and professionalism.
Manage internal digital signage for the Restaurant Support Center (RSC), ensuring accurate and relevant messaging.
Coordinate logistics for corporate events to ensure seamless execution.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in communications, public relations, journalism from 4-year college or university required.
1-3 years of relevant experience in public relations, corporate communications, marketing, or a related field required.
1-3 years of experience with media relations and managing press interactions.
Demonstrated ability to be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to be self-starting with a passion for culture and a desire for continuous learning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling press releases, statements, articles, and other external content, including Associate Press (AP) style.
Proficient with MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook
PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $67,000.00–$91,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
