THE OPPORTUNITY
Kickstart your career in Agile, Hybrid, and Lean delivery with our Continuous Delivery Office internship. This is your chance to work at the center oftechnology delivery andtransformationina very fastpaced environment, learning from experienced professionals while contributing to initiatives that shape how we deliver technology at scale.You will collaborate with Program Managers, Agile Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters, and Tool Administrators to support high-impact programs and initiatives. Along the way,you’llgain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools, participatein delivery ceremonies, and help improve processes that keep our organization moving forward.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Collaborate with Program Managers, Agile Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters, and Tool Administrators toassistwith coordination activities for complex programs and initiatives
Help prepare agendas,facilitatemeetings, and capture notes including risks, action items, decisions, and dependencies
Participate in Scrum and Kanban ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
Provide first-line support for Monday.com, Jira, and Confluence by answering how-to questions, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating when needed
Assistwith scaled tool administration and governance, ensuring consistent usage and compliance across delivery teams
Helpmaintaindata quality in Jira and Monday.com and support the creation of dashboards and key performance indicators that measure delivery success
Organize and improve Confluence spaces by updating templates, playbooks, and making content easy to find
Contribute to Agile learning by helping design workshops and supporting “Agile for Everybody” sessions with Learning and Development
Assist with AI Lab activities including tracking requests, coordinating reviews,maintainingdocumentation, and supporting enablement sessions
Explore opportunities to improve processes and tools through updates and lightweight automations
This internship offers exposure to Agile, Hybrid, and Lean delivery practices, scaled governance, and AI initiatives while providing opportunities to learn from experts and make a real impact.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)required
Active pursuit of aBachelor's Degree(BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred
Knowledge ofMonday.com,MS Office suite, JIRA, Confluenceor similar preferred
Interest in AI-assisted delivery; experience with generative AI tools and documenting prompts/results is a plus
Curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and readiness to take initiative
PAY TRANSPARENCY
Pay rate is $30 per hour, depending on skill level, experience, and/ oreducation. Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
