THE OPPORTUNITY

Responsibilities

In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Running excellent restaurant(s) and delivering an outstanding dining experience to every customer
• Identifying crew with the potential to become future managers
• Developing a high performing crew and management team
• Ensuring a deep bench of future managers
• Quickly improving or removing low performers
• Motivating, inspiring, and constantly challenging the team to achieve at their highest level
• Understanding that everyone’s success is elevated by the success of those around them, and creating a culture where people act accordingly
• Ensuring restaurants have excellent service, safety, cleanliness, organization, food quality, and ambience
• Creating strong financial performance

The ideal candidate will:

• Have developed an empowered team of top performers who understand Chipotle’s high standards and consistently achieve them
• Have created a vision for their restaurant and has their entire team working with a sense of purpose toward the goal of becoming a Restaurateur
• A.A. in related field or equivalent in education and/ or experience
• B.A./B.S. desirable
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
• PC proficiency
• Developed an empowered team of top performers who understand Chipotle’s high standards and consistently achieve them
• Created a vision for their restaurant and has their entire team working with a sense of purpose toward the goal of becoming a Restaurateur

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $53,000.00–$74,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
