THE OPPORTUNITY
Responsibilities
In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Running excellent restaurant(s) and delivering an outstanding dining experience to every customer
- Identifying crew with the potential to become future managers
- Developing a high performing crew and management team
- Ensuring a deep bench of future managers
- Quickly improving or removing low performers
- Motivating, inspiring, and constantly challenging the team to achieve at their highest level
- Understanding that everyone’s success is elevated by the success of those around them, and creating a culture where people act accordingly
- Ensuring restaurants have excellent service, safety, cleanliness, organization, food quality, and ambience
- Creating strong financial performance
The ideal candidate will:
- Have developed an empowered team of top performers who understand Chipotle’s high standards and consistently achieve them
- Have created a vision for their restaurant and has their entire team working with a sense of purpose toward the goal of becoming a Restaurateur
- A.A. in related field or equivalent in education and/ or experience
- B.A./B.S. desirable
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
- PC proficiency
- Developed an empowered team of top performers who understand Chipotle’s high standards and consistently achieve them
- Created a vision for their restaurant and has their entire team working with a sense of purpose toward the goal of becoming a Restaurateur
PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $53,000.00–$74,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
