THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Senior Analyst, People Compliance Reporting, you will be responsible for driving compliance with minor employee scheduling rules, including meal periods and rest breaks, according to state laws as well as Chipotle policy. As a key resource for compliance data reporting, you will be accountable for creating a comprehensive process for regularly reporting relevant metrics to increase compliance awareness and identifying opportunities to reinforce policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Compile data and provide visual representations of key metrics to leadership and internal partners.

  • Design and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for various stakeholders in support of compliance with minor employment rules.

  • Develop and maintain a system for analyzing data, reporting, following up, and providing necessary training, guidance, and communications about relevant initiatives to drive compliance with laws and policy.

  • Act as a key resource for the Legal department and other stakeholders when reporting data on employment of minors is required.

  • Develop minor employee scheduling quick reference guides, FAQs, etc., proactively, and in response to specific initiatives.

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes and modify reporting requirements accordingly.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

  • 5-8 years of related experience in Human Resources, Workforce Management, Finance, or Employment Compliance. Restaurant or retail experience highly desired.

  • 3-5 years of experience in data mining and analytics (extracting, sorting, organizing, filtering, and analyzing data). Experience with Power BI, Power Query, and/or Alteryx, or other data analytics and visualization tools.

  • Experience with UKG (Kronos) Dimensions, or other leading workforce management software is highly desirable.

  • Expertise in MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint. Proficient in a variety of business applications and systems including SharePoint, Workday, and ServiceNow. Possess the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.

  • Proven ability to anticipate issues, problem-solve, and manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, in addition to ability to visualize data that tells a compelling story.

  • Ability to perform and remain organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule that may include an occasional weekend day or holiday.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $73,000.00–$101,500.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
