THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Product Intern, Advanced Exchange for IT Field Services, you will be responsible for coordinating the process of replenishing replacement equipment for defective equipment within the Chipotle Restaurant systemYou will collaborate with multiple partners to guarantee the accessibility of all essential equipment inventory for Chipotle restaurantsIn addition, this position is responsible for monitoring equipment returns and invoicing as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Total program coordination, including vendor installations, regarding the replacement of store power conditioning equipment

  • Monthly problem analysis on returned equipment

  • Monitors vendor performance and service level agreements while leading weekly meetings regarding inventory

  • Monitors and reports on equipment levels needed for resupply

  • Validation of all replacement equipment invoicing

  • Provides weekly and monthly reporting on all aspects of the Advanced Exchange program

  • Working with the Fixed Assets team for proper store invoicing

  • Monthly notifications to Company Operations regarding non-returned equipment and possible billing to restaurants if applicable

  • Working with the Chipotle Field Service team to minimize impact of non-returned equipment

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 1-3 years of experience in IToperations support (Restaurant experience preferred)

  • Knowledge of computer office applications with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.  

  • Ability to listen effectively, identify, and communicate complex problems clearly to others. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to coordinate, manage, and evaluate daily the process regarding restaurant equipment replacements

  • Possess the ability to work with vendors, IT groups, and team members to achieve the desired outcome.  

  • Have a basic knowledge of the functionality of restaurant hardware in restaurants

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $24.04–$30.54. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
