THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Facilities Support Coordinator, you will receive and respond to restaurant facility work orders that arrive primarily through the CMMS platform used for Facilities. The FSC responds to restaurants and Internal/External vendors via the CMMS, phone calls, and email. The FSC has a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, critical thinking, and great customer service skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Respond to and process work orders immediately to achieve rapid response times with restaurants and Internal/External vendors.

  • Contribute to a culture of rapid turnaround, and extremely high-quality customer service for our restaurant managers and Internal Facilities Team.

  • Review, analyze and re-categorize work orders as necessary.

  • Call restaurant managers for clarification of work orders and offer troubleshooting tips to resolve issue.

  • Enforce standards with Facilities Team in terms of timeliness and multiple queue management.

  • Identify issues and problems that arise within the platform used to track and trace work orders.

  • Train operations teams on how to use the CMMS and efficiently execute work orders.

  • Schedule and coordinate Preventative Maintenance, Warranty service and other services based on the priority of the issue, as needed.

  • Follow through on all work orders to ensure completion of every level/priority. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Be available to work regular & non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays. The Facility Support Teams hours of operations are 6:30AM – 2:30AM every day.

  • Have the ability to handle a high volume of work orders and phone calls daily.

  • Have excellent customer service skills.

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

  • Possess the desire and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Be able to work independently and efficiently.

  • Have the ability to use a PC, along with MS Office Suite software.

  • Have a sense of urgency when completing multiple tasks at once.

  • Preferred B.A./B.S. in related field; OR equivalent experience.

  • Knowledge of restaurant operations a plus.

  • Technical knowledge of restaurant equipment a plus.

  • Have a desire for continuous learning and self-improvement.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills.

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $19.71–$25.49. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
