THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Product Manager (Sr PdM), Digital Employee Experience - Talent & Total Rewards will be our crew/employee advocate in building the best user journeys throughout the digital HCM ecosystem applying the CMG product lifecycle - including all PdM functions, plus:

  • Increased complexity of the products managed and solutions, requiring breadth and depth in product management and expertise
  • Driving strategic solutions across multiple digital products and product lines, designing for solutions across the entire ecosystem
  • Breadth and depth in technical acumen to drive for solution recommendations to aid in enablement and futureproofing product ecosystem expansion
  • Clearly recognizes and actively inputs into the future state product ecosystem vision and understands how to solution to get to the future    
  • Incorporate and communicate learnings back into the company to further improve the product and overall business strategy
  • Has a proactive attitude, thrives to in a fast-paced environment, collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, loves to communicate, and makes data-based decisions
  • Experience with end-to-end product development: research and discovery through delivery and measurement 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Setting their products’ vision and strategy(ies) through alignment with the overall CMG Digital Strategy; Influence Vendor product teams, clearly recognize and actively inputs into the future state product ecosystem vision and understands how to solution to get to the future
  • Building and driving their products roadmap, feeding into the Digital Product Roadmap + Driving strategic solutions across multiple digital products and product lines, designing for solutions across the entire ecosystem
  • Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly; assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products; make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.
  • Ensure product vision & strategy is understood and can be effectively translated into features and user stories that successfully deliver upon the Product Roadmap
  • Working closely with UX, application development and stakeholders to better understand problems, business objectives, and success metrics; Gather and prioritize product and customer experiences, ideas, and suggestions, translating them into business and/or technical requirements that drive excellent experiences
  • Knowing and responding to their product KPIs, driving enhancements, iterating on the product to drive success, identify and prioritize high potential ideas to work on
  • Incorporate and communicate learnings back into the company to further improve the product and overall business strategy

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • B.A./B.S. in Digital Informatics, Technology Emphasis
  • 5-8 years of Product Management Experience
    • senior product management, principal or group management experience in an agile environment
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Product Management or Product Owner Certifications (various) preferred.
  • Strong technical acumen and experience.
  • Strong understanding of UX design, user flow and wireframes.
  • Experience using an agile tracking tool like Rally or Jira.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to balance the demands of concurrent projects
  • Ability to establish strong relationships and work effectively with RSC and Operations Leadership and cross functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with solid listening, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • HCM Technologies; Workday, Taleo, Kronos, or equivalent best in class solutions experience preferred.
