THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Senior Manager, Agile Delivery, you will provide overall leadership over projects and programs that utilize Agile Delivery frameworks. Manages a team of Scrum Masters, responsible for execution of programs and projects within Digital, BI, and ITRS teams. Provides project support services and training and manages the development and implementation of Agile processes and methodologies. Be an effective liaison between the product, AppDev, ITRS, and BI groups.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

·         Plans, organizes, and manages programs and projects of medium to large complexity and size, with BI, ITRS, and AppDev.

·         Makes strategic decisions for the organization specific to the management of scope, budget and schedule across projects and programs in the assigned area.

·         Facilitates identification of interdependencies, risks, develops, and assigns responsibility for mitigation actions, manages mitigation plan.

·         Applies comprehensive understanding of concepts within own area to design relatively advanced solutions; demonstrates understanding of key business drivers.  Serves as an expert within the area and educates others on issues.

·         Collaborates with business partners to deliver strategic initiatives.

·         Develops and communicates Agile Delivery practices, and provides training to others on these concepts, as appropriate

·         Delegates tasks to appropriate team members; lends expertise to facilitate effective implementation.

·         Manages a team of Scrum Masters assigned to initiatives within the area. Including but is not limited to individual performance management, hiring a team of top performers, providing training opportunities to advance career growth and knowledge

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

·         BS in Business or Technology related discipline

·         Proven continued education and training over a career. 

·         10+ years’ experience in a Project Management related field

·         Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in program/project management, portfolio management, systems development methodology. Proven understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Six Sigma, and of SDLC, iterative and related methodologies.  Ability to pull a diverse group of stakeholders with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions.

·         1 – 5 years supervisory experience preferred

·         PMP, ACP, CSM

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $206,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
