The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and administration of the company’s restaurant compensation programs. This position will execute and administer a variety of duties supporting the field and restaurant employee populations. The ideal Senior Compensation Analyst will be energized by and passionate about our brand and cultural transformation with a burning desire to play a pivotal role in shaping the organizational compensation structure and contribute to the development of Total Reward programs.

This position will conduct detailed market and internal equity analyses, assist in the development and maintenance of store-level bonus programs, and administer ongoing processes, such as merit and minimum wage increases.



  • Administer compensation programs ensuring accuracy and reconfirming compensation aligns with company goals while attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Liaise with cross functional teams and engage in project management to ensure the successful delivery and completion of compensation-related projects.
  • Empower leadership proactively by identifying information that should be communicated to identify trends and opportunities to achieve superior efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed market and internal equity analyses assisting in the development and maintenance of store-level bonus programs.
  • Assists in administering the performance evaluation process and merit pay program
  • Administer the minimum wage increase processes throughout the year.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the success of the People Experience compensation function by performing other essential tasks as needed.

  • Our ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of compensation or analytical experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance with federal and state wage & hour laws by monitoring, interpreting, and implementing updates.
  • Knowledge of FLSA compliance, state overtime requirements, minimum wage and tipped minimum wage, tipping policies, vacation payouts, and employment of minors.
  • Current or previous multi-state and multi-site experience preferred, preferably in the restaurant/retail/hotel industry.
  • Experience working with and balancing expectations of multiple cross-functional partners.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with strong attention to detail, accuracy and data integrity.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, Economics, or Applied Science.
  • Relevant professional certifications encouraged.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to manage confidential employee data.
  • Ability to organize, set priorities and exercise sound judgment within areas of responsibility.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with senior management.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a diverse environment.
