THE OPPORTUNITY

The Sr. People Systems Analyst role serves as the System Administrator, SME and point of contact for the Human Resources systems landscape supporting all phases of the system development lifecycle. This position will play a key role in the plan, design and implementation of HR related projects supporting the People Experience and organization’s strategy and roadmap. This role will partner closely with the COEs, internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to translate business requirements, implement system enhancements, drive opportunities to optimize business processes. Responsible for facilitating upgrades, UAT and optional features review with stakeholders (Includes but not limited to Benefits, Accruals, Recruiting, HR, Comp, Recruiting, Payroll, Legal, IT). This is a functional role that will specialize in the Benefits and Accruals within Workday, is fluent in WD/HCM system administration, lead the implementation of system functionality or enhancements, open enrollment and release management. This position will create functional/requirements specifications and facilitate change management including system and end user documentation and training. Responsible for adhering to IT governance protocols, ensure date integrity and security, compliance, change control advisory board, and support Sox/Audit. Will be responsible for triage, issue resolution, RCAs, case management and partnering with vendors to ensure the appropriate level of Production application support is provided to end users.

 

Although this role is advertised as a remote based opportunity, candidates within a reasonably commutable range of either of our Restaurant Support Centers could be asked to be in office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

·         Operate as Functional SME Partner with cross-functional business partner teams to facilitate People system projects supporting new systems or functionality and enhancements which include Recruiting, HR, Comp, Benefits, Legal, IT. Includes plan, design, implementation.

·         Create test plans, coordinate and conduct user acceptance and functional regression testing of new and enhanced People Systems functionality and reporting tools.

·         Facilitate Upgrades UAT and the optional features review of People Experience technology platforms with stakeholders.

·         Partner with COEs/HR Business Owners to identify, define and develop continuous process improvements in accordance with best practices.

·         Provide reporting, metrics, and analytics support to Human Resources.

·         Create functional process documentation (internal and external) including documenting process workflows.

·         Facilitate organization change management. Communication plans, conduct end user training and create supporting documentation.

·         Partners closely with IT to align People Systems configuration with the IT infrastructure, data mapping and integration in accordance with IT change control, information security and compliance standard operating procedures.

·         Production & incident management support. Incident response, end-user support,  root cause analysis (RCA), mitigation and resolution to incidents reported. RCA (participate in root cause analysis to recommend product enhancements to improve productivity for COEs and stakeholders).

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

·         Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university or equivalent experience required.

·         5-8 years of experience in HR Systems, HCM, HRIS.

·         Workday, Benefits & Accrual experience preferred.

·         Knowledge of MS Office Suite, excel, PPT, Taleo, Kronos, Workday, HCM, Tableau or other similar and/or software applications related to job functions.

·         Project management experience.

·         Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of HR systems, payroll, reporting, system administration, integrations and downstream impact.

·         Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people at all levels in the organization.

·         Strong ability to own, execute and deliver on short- and long-term projects. Strong functional and analytical skillset.

·         Excellent interpersonal, customer service, presentation, and communications skills.

·         Comfortable communicating with all levels of management. Strong ability to handle a multitude of competing priorities.

·         Strong problem solving and time management skills.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $151,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
