The Senior Analyst of Guest Experience oversees our guest experience program translating data into actionable insights to elevate our guest experience.


In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify, improve and monitor all activities and processes related to Guest Experience within Operations.
  • Establish and maintain an operational cadence, track progress to the operating plans (using established KPIs), develop and share regular status reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to develop and deliver new initiatives to improve guest experiences.
  • Successfully manage new initiatives through our stage-gate process with emphasis on Operational execution.
  • Provide operational input, actionable insights, and innovative solutions that balance operational and business needs.
  • Support inquiries across all levels of the field management team and Restaurant Support Center.


  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related field in Corporate Restaurant Operations or Retail Operations
  • Experience in Operations and Consumer Insights, business process development/management.
  • Exceptional ability to think through problems systematically and identify and evaluate alternative solutions.
  • Excellent data reporting and data manipulation from various sources and databases.
  • Leverage statistical capabilities for working with data collection, organization, and analysis such as multi-regression for interpretation and presenting performance insights.
