Responsible for carrying out Loyalty and Promotional Offer strategy tasks that are varied and somewhat complex to drive customer loyalty and increase lifetime value. Manages the development of promotional offers to support a variety of marketing organization initiatives, in addition to executing Chipotle Rewards campaigns of moderate scope and creates initial analyses for review by experienced professionals and/or managers. Ensures that campaigns and projects are executed on time and in accordance with business goals, policies, and best practices.



  • Works independently on a variety of CRM & Loyalty initiatives of moderately complex scope (E.g., End-to-end management of 90 segmented Extras campaigns per quarter across strategy approvals, partner briefings, and development/QA)
  • Important player on projects and has a contributory impact on team performance. (E.g., Lead team through monthly Guac Mode campaigns to drive incremental sales)
  • Interprets and explains information to cross-functional colleagues who are not familiar with the job area including operations of Chipotle Rewards and strategic development of promotional offers (E.g., Consults and delivers on promo code strategy for a variety of marketing activations across Social Media, Partnerships, Brand Activations and New Menu Item Launches)
  • Develops and presents CRM & Loyalty marketing initiatives to leadership at Director and VP level (E.g., Extras monthly campaign strategy, Loyalty offer briefings)
  • Independently manages ongoing communication with agency and tech partners including GALE, SessionM, Sparkfly. Runs weekly and biweekly status meetings with partners to discuss project schedules and campaign briefings.
  • Maintains key cross-functional relationships to show accountability for various tasks and projects with Ops, Accounting, Legal, Digital Commerce, Marketing Analytics, BI, Customer Care, Social & Brand Marketing.




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Marketing or other related field
  • Strong written, oral communication, interpersonal skills
  • A general understanding of automated marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other automated marketing technologies
  • General knowledge of Loyalty and targeted marketing best practices
  • Refined attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple requests and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong judgment to manage competing priorities, understand scope and urgency of projects
  • Loyalty experience, especially understanding of member incentives and offers
  • Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $82,000 to $112,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
