THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Product Manager, Digital Restaurant Experience, you will set the strategy and drive the roadmap for owned product line. You will work closely with our operations, systems and infrastructure teams, agile development teams, and key vendor partners to define and prioritize features, as well as build, launch, and iterate on new capabilities in order to deliver quality products. Also, owning the management of a single product line as well as managing broader initiatives that impact technology-driven guest and crew experiences in our restaurants.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop customer-centric (restaurant guest and crew member) product roadmap for digital experiences related to restaurant capacity management, order fulfillment, pickup and delivery.
• Work in product teams along with product designers, owners, and engineers, to prioritize and execute on a roadmap that deliver business goals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise to gather functional feature requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research, as well as use available data, analytics, user testing, and market research to inform roadmap, feature prioritization and backlog.
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders across the business to execute quick turn POCs to Create the Future for Chipotle, our customers, and our crew. 
• Own product vision and objectives - communicate business value.
• Closely follow industry standards and benchmarks and promote continuous improvement. 
• Generate tracking and reporting on product KPIs and feature performance.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

·       Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred.

·       3-5 years of product management experience in an agile environment

·       Strong understanding of software development processes, experience reviewing UX design, user flow and wireframes. Experience using an agile tracking tool like Rally or Jira.

·       Ability to multi-task effectively and work successfully in a fast-paced environment.

·       Previous experience with location-based technologies and Large Language Model (LLM) powered products is a plus.

·       Ability to establish strong relationships and work effectively with RSC and Operations Leadership and cross functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with solid listening, facilitation, and presentation skills.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $126,000 to $ 176,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
