Responsible for administration of the tools the EPMO uses to perform portfolio management, business analysis and project/program management. The main responsibility is to keep the project and portfolio management tool in sync (functional and technical) with processes and practices used by the EPMO. Publish weekly, monthly and quarterly EPMO reports, including gathering data, drafting reports, verifying results and iterating visuals with leadership as business needs evolve. Assist/Lead discussions with EPMO stakeholders to enhance existing report and create new reports. Process & Data steward for the collection of time charged to projects to properly categorize internal and external effort charged to projects. Assists process improvement initiatives (people side of change) within the department as it relates to financial and program/project/business analyst practices & assist/lead in development of adoption plans.



In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support publishing and maintenance of project/department reporting including financial, project status, major incident, Technology report and other reports as the reporting function expands
  • Process & Data owner for Technology time tracking solution (support Accounting and Financial Planning to ensure contractor and internal time is charged to projects, capital and expense guidelines are met and meet Accounting/Financial Planning timelines)
  • Assist and lead discussions with Managers and Directors (within department and outside dept) on improving existing reports and designing new reports/dashboards
  • Ensure recipients of EPMO reports can interact with the data by periodically training recipients to ensure stakeholders receive maximum benefit from reports
  • Develop and Iterate reports within Microsoft suite of tools (Excel, Power BI, Power BI Paginated Reports)
  • Assists process improvement initiatives (people side of change) within the department
  • Understanding of how to interpret EPMO process requirements, translate them into technical requirements, design a plan to implement and mitigate/drive adoption of tool-based capabilities
  • Create and maintain an up-to-date tool roadmap that focuses on the technical implementation/enhancement of new/existing tool capabilities based on process needs of the EPMO
  • Ensure the data in the PPM tool is accurate by developing and maintaining data quality/hygiene reports & working with process owners to remediate recurring issues
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the tools the EPMO uses to perform portfolio management, business analysis, project/program management
  • Must be familiar with managing an enterprise-wide tool, understand the software development lifecycle, the roles an EPMO plays on projects and portfolio planning



  • Complex data analysis, distilling insights from raw data analysis
  • Communicating concise relevant results to leaders in department/outside department
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, interpersonal, time management and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to understand people impact of process change
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment and interact at all levels

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience managing Rally, Clarity PPM, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerBI, Jaspersoft
  • PMP/or similar Project Certification, CSM or similar agile certification
  • Experience working in multiple project roles (project manager, quality assurance, business analyst, etc.) to facilitate conversations around process improvement
