THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Sr. Analyst, People Compliance, you will support the content development, planning, and facilitation of Fair Workweek (predictive scheduling) and workforce compliance education as well as the analysis of the Fair Workweek compliance measures.
This position is responsible for supporting training needs and learning opportunities by analyzing key performance indicators and executing action plans to drive changes in behavior. The ideal candidate will also coach and develop restaurant and field management to achieve operational excellence related to Fair Workweek and other workforce regulations by supporting technology updates, increasing awareness, conducting ongoing training, and promoting accountability.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support the delivery and facilitation of audience-specific Fair Workweek compliance training. Assist with the onboarding of new GMs and APs, as it relates to Fair Workweek Compliance education, and provide remedial training and coaching to share best practices. Track and measure training effectiveness on a regular basis.
- Assist with the development of training resources, materials, and exercises, through collaboration with the L&D team, to create and maintain critical Fair Workweek compliance tools (e.g., user guides, quick reference guides, FAQs, tips and tricks, e-learning).
- Design and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to support compliance in Fair Workweek Ordinance locations (i.e., reporting for restaurant scheduling execution, Good Faith Estimates, etc.). Support cross-functional reporting responsibilities and recommend enhancements.
- Support compliance-related internal audits to identify patterns and determine the appropriate remediation strategy.
- Consult with and assist Restaurant Operations and Legal partners in developing and maintaining technology-based solutions that are well-documented and sustained through shared accountability.
- Recommend and advocate for system enhancements to reduce risk and/or improve end-user experience. Support the project management lifecycle from initiation and requirements-gathering to implementation testing and enhancement delivery.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Employment Compliance, Reporting and/or Auditing, Restaurant or Retails Operations, or Workforce Management.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Possess knowledge of data mining techniques to be able to extract, organize, filter, and analyze data to draw conclusions.
- Exposure to project management practices.
- Strong interest in HR compliance and Fair Workweek ordinances.
- Ability to effectively organize and manage priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Possess the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $57,000 to $77,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
